Bee Sting
Consider the sensations experienced when stung by a bee
(Apis).
Burning, stinging, smarting, prickling, swelling, puffiness, shiny, red, sudden
pain. If sensitive, may also experience feelings of panic, hysteria,
restlessness, running around, anxiety. In the extreme, shock leading to
suffocation and death. Generally symptoms are aggravated by heat in all forms
(hot drinks, fire, hot applications), also by touch, and are usually better for
cool air, cool bathing and motion. These symptoms remind us of an allergic
reaction or an acute attack of gout, or hot flushes, or PMT.
